1. About our products

We sell digital goods — including top-up codes, gift cards, game credit, prepaid PINs, and other electronically delivered codes. All products are delivered electronically; nothing is physically shipped.

2. No affiliation with publishers or platforms

Reload Store is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any game publisher, platform holder, or brand whose products we sell. All product names, trademarks, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products offered.

3. Region and platform restrictions

Many digital codes are region-locked or platform-specific and will only work on an account matching the stated region or platform. Every product is clearly labelled.

It is your responsibility to select the correct region, platform, and product before purchasing. Codes purchased for the wrong region or platform cannot be refunded or exchanged, as a delivered code cannot be returned.

4. Orders and delivery

• Orders paid by instant payment methods are typically delivered immediately to your email and your order confirmation page once payment is confirmed.
• Orders paid by non-instant methods (such as manual transfers or cash/kiosk payments) are delivered only after payment has been verified, which may take additional time. These are not instant.
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address and any required account details. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information you provide.

5. Pricing, availability and errors

• Prices are displayed in EGP and may change at any time without notice.
• Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel any order affected by them, with a full refund.

6. Your responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner of the payment method used;
• You have selected the correct region, platform, and product;
• You will redeem your code promptly and keep it confidential — a code you share or expose is your responsibility;
• The information you provide is accurate and complete;
• You will not use our website for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose.

7. Fraud, abuse and chargebacks

We take payment fraud seriously.

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban the customer, refuse future service, retain and submit evidence of delivery, and pursue recovery of any losses.
• Orders flagged as high-risk may be held for manual verification before delivery, or cancelled and refunded.
• We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

8. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems; interfere with or disrupt the website; use automated tools to scrape, bulk-purchase, or abuse our services; resell our products in a manner that misrepresents their origin; or use our website in violation of any applicable law.

• We are not liable for issues arising from information you entered incorrectly;
• Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
